Keyholding

If you would prefer that a professional patrol be undertaken in the event of a confirmed alarm activation, we can combine a monitoring agreement with a keyholding service. A confirmed alarm signal will result in the attendance of an SIA approved man guard, who will undertake a full patrol of the premises to identify the nature of the activation.

• If a false activation or due to equipment failure, our out of hours engineering personnel will be called out to rectify the fault.
• In the event that a intruder is found on site (or is found to have been on site), the police will be called and the man guard will remain on site until they arrive.

TS2 can provide a fixed cost or ad-hoc keyholding service, as well as services such as scheduled patrols for periods where premises are unoccupied or an escalated risk of forced access is suspected.
